If you are not satisfied with your Bungalow Road order, we are happy to assist you with a return.
RETURN POLICY
Please be sure your return meets the requirements below:
Bungalow Road accepts unused or damaged returned merchandise for a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must have an original tags attached and be accompanied by the packing slip associated with your order.
Returned orders received at our warehouse without paperwork will be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item or items.
Monogrammed, personalized, or final sale products cannot be returned.
In the event that your item is damaged during shipment or exhibits a manufacturing defect, please contact Bungalow Road Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your package at 732-455-5280. We will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible. Please note that normal wear or failure to follow manufacturer’s laundering instructions is not considered a defect.

Bungalow Road uses UPSP Priority Shipping standard 3-5 business day turnaround. We also sometimes use UPS 3-5 business day. You will receive tracking information for your order via email.
